Testimonial
Growing up, I was always terrified of riding a bike. I wasn’t the most athletic kid, and I’d often end up falling, giving up before I could truly learn. For my 20th birthday, I asked my parents to set aside some time so I could learn to ride a bike properly. Despite being older than most learners, our local bike shop highly recommended Jeff. After just one session of working with him, I made more progress than I had throughout my entire childhood. Jeff made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my abilities, and now, for the first time, I can finally ride a bike!

Practices & Strategies
We use a variety of behavioral strategies to foster proactive coping skilles in a supporting learning environment. These include positive behavioral strategies, limiting distractions, and transition development. By integrating these techniques, individuals can develop fitness, sports, and game fundamentals in ways that meet their unique needs, even in group settings. While Fitness4ALL is not a therapy program, many of our practices incorporate therapeutic elements to enhance each participant’s success. Our strategies, supported by BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and PTs, provide evidence-based behavioral and communication supports to help individuals reach their highest potential.
